Cabernet Franc
The wines from Cabernet Franc are medium in color with fine tannins, subtle aromas of red berries and spices. It produces fruity wines that can be drunk young but the great vintages of which can be kept for a long time.
Cabernet sauvignon
Cabernet-sauvignon gives Bordeaux red wines structure and cellarability. It brings freshness as well as spicy notes of green and black pepper, as well as notes of blackcurrant and red.
Merlot
Merlot brings suppleness and aromas to Bordeaux red wines. Dark and dense in color, with aromas of red and black fruits and a superb aromatic palette, Merlot transforms during aging to give way to notes of prunes, undergrowth and spices. On the palate, it is supple with distinguished tannins.
